    1. Challenges working with the CPUC and IOUs on residential electrification issues.
    2. Tribal members are unable to move into their homes due to lengthy utility connection delays.
  2. Working with BIA to pull right of way agreements and easements, mapping them on the reservation, locating transformers/interconnections with IOU and seeing what does and does not have a right of way.
  3. Energy efficiency, energy audits, energy efficiency installations
  4. EV chargers, infrastructure + fleet planning, and related job training
    1. Conducting education & outreach on clean transportation
    2. Installing and offering public electric vehicle charging stations
    3. Installing and offering private/employee electric vehicle charging stations
    4. Using electric light-duty vehicles for Tribal Government purposes
    5. Using electric medium- and heavy-duty vehicles for Tribal Government purposes

  8. Reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and mitigate climate change impacts
