This webinar focuses on the Tribal Land Transfer Policy (TLTP). Peter Allen, a former Administrative Law Judge with the CPUC, will present on the TLTP, which is part of a broader Tribal Order Instituting Rulemaking (OIR) proceeding active at the California Public Utilities Commission (R.22-02-002). In addition, the TECC Policy & Regulatory Team will provide an update on recent Tribal OIR developments.
