May 2026 Tribal Energy & Climate Collaborative eXchange (TECC-X)

The May 2026 TECC-X webinar featured presentations from the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC), Western Resource Advocates (WRA), and California Independent System Operator (CAISO) on California Tribes and Wholesale Electricity Markets, as well as a demonstration from the Public Health Alliance on the new Exposures, Impacts, and Strategies Inventory for Extreme Heat (EISI for EH) tool. This month also hosted a bonus session by CAISO, WRA, and the Regulatory Assistance Project (RAP) on Regional Organization for Western Energy (ROWE) Formation and Tribal Engagement.
