The National Resilience Hub Academy (RHA) is offered virtually. This comprehensive online training program is designed for those interested in learning more about Resilience Hubs and developing the skills to plan, design, and implement a Resilience Hub or network of Resilience Hubs in their community. The Academy covers all the essential aspects of Resilience Hubs while also connecting participants with content experts.
Participants who have successfully completed the National Resilience Hub Academy will be equipped with in-depth knowledge, literacy, and skills to educate and support community members and their partners and affiliates on Resilience Hub development.
The National Academy comes with 18 hours of instruction on the key concepts of Resilience Hubs, including multiple opportunities for cohort interaction, peer wisdom sharing, and small group breakouts. It encompasses home explorations that challenge conventional beliefs on what spaces of resilience are and can be. It provides resources and materials to support participant’s real-time application of concepts in their communities. The RHA includes access to content experts and experienced instructors and provides ongoing virtual gatherings for program graduates to continue their connection and learn from other Alumni.
