Eligible participants must be a registered 501(c)(3) organization. The Chrysanta Foundation supports organizations that empower women and aid the environment within their local communities through compassion, collaboration and innovation.

- Complete list of the organization’s officers and directors, including names and positions
- Copy of the IRS federal tax exemption determination letters
- Most recent Form 990 or Form 990-EZ
- Program budget (multi-year if applicable) (Not required for General Operating requests)
