Certificate in Climate Action Planning

The Certificate in Climate Action Planning (CAP) is an online program designed to help individuals create and implement climate action plans. Through engaging live classes, practical assignments, and expert presenters, participants will gain tools to mobilize community members in reaching emission-reduction and climate resiliency goals. Topics include community engagement, vulnerability assessments, greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions accounting, strategies for mitigating GHG emissions, creating resilient communities, climate and social justice, and implementation. The program costs $3,500, with installment plans available to all and reduced rates for Gonzaga students.
