The 4th annual Tribal Finance Workshop is a multi-day event dedicated to exploring the world of Tribal affordable housing finance and community development opportunities. Participants will have the opportunity to learn about various affordable housing finance options and related services from HCD and other state agencies available to Tribes and Tribally Designated Housing Entities, as well as strategies for securing funding, and how to navigate the complex financial landscape. State, federal and industry subject matter experts will share their experiences and insights, offering valuable knowledge and practical advice aimed at supporting Tribal communities, including infrastructure and supportive services. Participants may join either in-person or remotely.
